Cloud Hosting

Our entire Cloud infrastructure is hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform. Microsoft Azure is fully compliant with all international ISO standards in terms of data security and protection of personal information. All data stored within the Azure environment is automatically encrypted.

There is a separate storage container (in Azure) for binary content (non-text data). All ad-hoc attachments older than 30 days will be moved to Azure storage, while Ambium documents (signed cof’s, patient consent, etc.) will be moved after 24 months. This helps us minimise the local database size which aid faster and more efficient sync processes.
